Thank you so much, friend! It's always a comforting thought when others can relate, isn't it? Do you find yourself trying not to get your hopes up / curb your enthusiasm?
Absolutely!! I have so many ideas in many different realms and 1. the time to execute every cool idea just does not seem to exist, 2. when you do put the limited time in and it barely gets noticed, when you so badly want to engage and make more money so you can make more time to do more cool things… 😵💫🤪🥰 it’s a wild ride of emotion. Sometimes you just want to not deal with that rollercoaster. But sometimes releasing chemicals in your nervous system whether you like it or not 😅
Truly. There are so many reasons why there hasn't been space these last 4 years while caregiving for my mom, but I'm trying to embrace some changes that are coming where I'll have more support for at least the next 3 months. I what to practice taking better care while she's away, so that when she returns, I'll have had time to create habits that hold space for me to have room to experience the emotions--with time to process them. ^ . ^
Absolutely love this and feel the topic personally 💕

Always best to give space for your body & mind to feel the emotional experience and know the ride will end and everything will be ok ✨
